“It was helpful and much needed at this moment in time and with everything going on in the world.”

“I highly recommend this workshop to anyone considering it!! It was a very open, welcoming, and diverse environment and I got to meet and talk with people I never would have met otherwise. The stories shared, the conversations had, and discoveries made will stick with me for a long time. It was incredibly healing to be in community together and I look forward to taking more workshops from Dr. Dahiya!”

“i appreciated that everyone was welcomed to arrive with various knowledge and experience in relation to Tricia Hersey’s work, Rest Is Resistance. Annu facilitated exploration by sharing fragments of Hersey’s work and held abundant space for those fragments to be engaged with organically, not forcing any specific outcome. this resulted in transformative and interconnected connections for me, in new community, through critical dialogue and intimate storytelling across everyone’s different lived experiences. i felt community care was not compromised for curriculum. this supported my embodiment practice being rest-filled and regenerative throughout the workshop.”

“This was my second workshop with Dr. Dahiya and I know I *will attend any subsequent sessions too! These sessions are always incredibly thought-provoking, both through our esteemed host’s curation capabilities and also through the riveting conversation inspired by all the astute people she magnetizes to her. The space is incredibly interactive and requires your active attention and participation so it’s an excellent invitation to forego multi-tasking as much as you can. But honestly the material and the presentation of it is so good why *wouldn’t someone wish to be fully present for it?! Every interaction with Dr. Dahiya leaves me with interesting tidbits, novel reframes and inspiration for my own work in systemic transformation. I had quite a few “a-ha” moments which I won’t delve into here for the sake of both brevity and privacy but suffice to say, I will be reflecting on them all at length especially where it relates to the “how” of collective liberation. This is pretty typical of a session with Dr. Dahiya, it seems, as I often find myself reflecting on things days after the fact (and beyond!). I found the teaching style to be approachable without sacrificing nuance, and delivered with a kindness and flair that I don’t often see in such spaces. Dr. Dahiya Has a talent for turning a humble Zoom room into a communal holding space for transcending mental models. What she accomplished is as astonishing as it is beautiful. And I hope she will continue to share her gifts with the world in many ways that serve her and fill her spirit.”
